Little woe on Highway
I used to be not a fan of highways in Malaysia, especially the North-South Expressway. I felt it’s kinda boring to dive with nothing much to see at the sides.
However, tempted to skip the horrendous stop-start driving on federal roads, added with the extra pressure to reach my destination as early as possible, I turned against myself to splash cash on highway toll.

Very good to drive here eh? No problem!
Touch N Go card comes in very handy in paying China dolls tolls.
Driving like a boss lol
It has been a breeze to drive that fast from the start. I think that’s the only time I get to drive that fast. Up to 100km/hour with 660cc engine is by no means easy ok.
However, after I passed Gurun interchange, something not so cool happened.
What the?? Traffic jam?
This is certainly not what I have been expecting. Especially when I have to PAY to drive on this highway.
The bumper-to-bumper crawl is about 2-3 km long, and lasted for about 30 minutes at least. At that time, 30 minutes were a really big deal.
My engine temperature gauge was increasing insanely. Almost as high as two-third of the maximum temperature. Crazy.
MY friend and I were wondering what is causing this jam. Probably there was an accident somewhere… however…. it was actually…
STUPID POLICE ROADBLOCK CHECK!!! Damn it!
I just could not understand why they must cordoned off the left lane to conduct this check??
Definitely I am not cool.
Never mind, little hiccups made one wiser, perhaps.
God bless and stay cool, whenever possible.
